Description
In 2025, the goal will be to complete the integration of low-temperature(4K) control chips and circuits modules for 8 qubits -superconducting quantum. and total power consumption of less than or equal to 0.6W. Utilizing our country's semiconductor R&D capabilities, we will independently develop 4K low-temperature microwave chip circuits and verify them in the established low-temperature measurement laboratory at 4K. It is expected that this technology can be introduced to the industry in the future, accelerating the localization of the technology in Taiwan.Dept：Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories
