Description
In 2025, the goal will be to complete the integration of low-temperature(4K) control chips and circuits modules for 8 qubits -superconducting quantum. and total power consumption of less than or equal to 0.6W. Utilizing our country's semiconductor R&D capabilities, we will independently develop 4K low-temperature microwave chip circuits and verify them in the established low-temperature measurement laboratory at 4K. It is expected that this technology can be introduced to the industry in the future, accelerating the localization of the technology in Taiwan.Dept:Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories
