Description

Semiconductor inspection equipment commonly uses two large industrial computers for image processing and AI computation, resulting in high energy consumption and costs. Embedded industrial computers, on the other hand, have insufficient computational power, leading to slow processing speeds. The high-efficiency real-time industrial image acceleration module uses FPGA to enhance computational performance through circuit design and prevent algorithm piracy, significantly optimizing semiconductor inspection efficiency. For example, PCB image binarization processing speed is increased by 32 times, and PCB marking recognition processing speed is increased by 24 times. Additionally, this module is scalable and can be applied in various fields.
