Description
AC power operation for both single-phase and three-phase systems, utilizing high-efficiency SiC power modules developed by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), combined with power factor corrected high-frequency switching power conversion topologies. It is suitable for electric vehicle 800V battery systems, achieving a maximum efficiency of over 95%. It enables modular bidirectional power conversion for fast-charging units, with a potential for future V2G (vehicle-to-grid) application.Features:
